The Level 1 tutorial says only SAME COLOR water can be poured on top of each other. Compare the exposed top layers before choosing a receiving bottle. A color buried under another layer is not the current pouring color.

Plan around the layer you uncover

The pouring capture shows yellow moving into the left bottle while orange and green occupy separate bottles. Before a pour, identify the newly exposed color and a destination for it. Do not use a bottle merely because its bottom layer matches.

Completion and continuation

The Level 2 result explicitly says Completed and offers Next and Main Menu. Clear one displayed board, then use Next for the following challenge.
